13 laps is the goal its july 9th i've ridden a combined 11 miles of trails this year. No racing and hardly any training. Weight is still pretty high although i've been playing soccer about 2 times a week i think my conditioning this year will be miles ahead of previous years.
Right now I have 7 weeks to lose about 15 more pounds and get about 800 miles in!

take a break at picnic table after shady lane YOU SHOULD RIDe AND NOT STOP
make sure a meal is ready at each break time YOU WILL NEED A GOODWIFE FOR THIS.
have bike workign 100% before leaving YEAH RIGHT
hit Afton, lutsen, elk river and others atleast 5 times before race
practice riding more at night. WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS WEEKEND I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE THIS UNDER YOUR BELT
make sure there is enough lights for 6 hours BORROW MINE
have pit crew DONE

good night sleep NEVER YOU NEED 13 LAPS
Oreo goes to Cabin for weekend(so we can sleep upon return
2 way radios Faith, Mariza and MONTE will need to be pit crew DONE.
NOW ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS RIDE YOUR DAM BIKE FAST YOU BETTER BE OUT RIDDING THIS WEEKEND AS YOUR PIT CREW I WILL ONLY CONSIDER IT A VICTORY IF YOU GET 13 LAPS.
13 laps is gonna be a stretch my friend! but that is what i'm shooting for this year. i'm definetely doing 12 laps. Fitz is working on the bike and the rest is history.
